About Traci
I am an Associate Certified Coach credentialed by the International Coaching Federation. After reaping life changing benefits from partnering with a coach myself, I am passionate about sharing this gift with others as a coach. In my 30-year hospitality career, I have taken great joy in helping other project managers, regional VPs, and district managers. I have participated in personal development for not only those who reported to me but also my peers and other teams. As an executive coach, I specialize in leading others through areas of feeling stuck, significant change, and adjusting to new roles. I offer you the partnership of creating the greatest version of yourself. As a DISC and Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, I have added resources to support your creation and growth into the greatest version of yourself. Why do I coach?
A little over a year ago, I experienced what I describe as a life quake. Everything fell apart at once, including my walking away from my job of 20 years. Although I had a solid amount of support, it was my career coach who had the biggest impact on my growth and forward movement. She was a catalyst in the exploration of myself and creating a vision and plan to guide me to what I really wanted. She did this while also helping me navigate through grief and life obstacles that were potential barriers to my progress. As a result of this self-discovery and exploration, my commitment to serving and helping others in the same magical way was uncorked. It is my honor to support others create their highest vision for themselves and execute against that vision.
