Breaking into investment banking is one of the most competitive recruiting processes in business. Success requires far more than technical knowledge—it demands a compelling story, disciplined networking, polished interview skills, and the ability to perform under pressure. Having successfully navigated that process myself, I know what it takes to stand out. I earned my MBA from Harvard Business School and worked as an M&A Investment Banking Summer Associate at Lincoln International, where I advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution. Prior to banking, I built my career as an engineer at Cummins before transitioning into strategy, private equity, and investment banking. That unconventional path gives me firsthand experience helping candidates make career pivots and position their unique backgrounds as strengths. I coach both undergraduate and MBA candidates through every stage of investment banking recruiting, including resume optimization, networking strategy, behavioral interviews, technical interview preparation, valuation and accounting fundamentals, deal discussions, and offer negotiation.
