Before earning my MBA at Harvard Business School, I built my career as an engineer at Cummins, where I was promoted early and led high-impact technical initiatives. Since then, I've worked in private equity, investment banking (M&A), corporate strategy, and business development, evaluating companies, leading strategic projects, and interviewing candidates across multiple industries. I've successfully navigated career transitions from engineering to finance and strategy, giving me firsthand experience with the challenges professionals face when pivoting into competitive roles. I work with clients on resume and LinkedIn optimization, networking strategy, behavioral and case interview preparation, career transitions, compensation discussions, and overall job search strategy. My coaching is practical, honest, and personalized.
