I'm a certified coach with a passion for helping individuals navigate life's transitions, rediscover their inner strengths, and move forward with clarity and purpose. With over 500 hours of coaching experience and more than 80 clients supported, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people from diverse backgrounds, professionals, educators, creatives, and leaders, each with their own unique goals and challenges. My coaching journey began from a deep curiosity about human behavior and a strong belief in the power of a safe, reflective space. Over the years, I’ve trained in Positive Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, and NLP, combining these methodologies with my own experience in leadership, education, and personal development. Clients describe me as warm, grounded, and insightful. I’m here to help you hear yourself more clearly, identify what truly matters, and take steps that align with your values and vision. Whether you’re facing burnout, feeling stuck, seeking balance, or craving deeper meaning in your work and life, I’m here to support you with empathy, structure, and challenge, so you can move forward with confidence.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I believe that everyone possesses the skills to reach the goals they set for themselves. They just need to find a space and time to grow into their best selves, and coaching provides a safe, reflective space where one can dive deep and discover their true potential. As a person who has traveled to and lived in many countries, I had difficulties setting roots and finding myself and gaining trustworthy connections. After a few twists I found myself in a place from where I was not sure I could come back from, dealing with addictions and unhealthy habits. Thanks to months of coaching I gained a new perspective, discovered my strengths and acknowledged my weaknesses, built myself up again from ground zero, found my voice and a path to take and a way to live. Coaching has shown me that even with 1 degree turn at a time, one step at a time, one can change what they have control over, and flow with the elements they cannot control. My true belief is that coaching can support anyone who is ready to make a change and ready to put the energy and time into themselves. And in the end we need to do the work, as our brains are designed to keep us alive, not to keep us happy.
