Description
Six sessions, bi-weekly, for someone new to managing or about to be. We work through whatever is live that week, your first hard conversations, someone who isn't delivering, the shift from doing the work to leading it. Messaging between sessions is included. At the end of these sessions you will be able to walk away with not just a well functioning team but also a way of operating.
