12 sessions, bi-weekly, for a real stretch. A new role, a team that's outgrowing its process, a job search or all three at once. Over time I get to know your situation and your people, so the coaching gets sharper instead of starting cold each session. Messaging between sessions included.

Over 16 years running operations and program management teams I hired, promoted and coached the managers on those teams the whole way. Most of the people I work with are in their few years of managing, or about to be.
