I work 1-on-1 with women who are ready to take ownership of their careers and move forward with clarity, confidence, and intention. We begin by gaining a deep understanding of where you are today—your experience, strengths, aspirations, and the challenges you may be navigating. From there, we co-create a clear career strategy aligned to your goals, values, and season of life. This strategy becomes the foundation for all coaching sessions and evolves as you grow. My style blends practical career strategy with belief-based coaching. We focus not only on what to do—resumes, interviews, networking, positioning—but also on how you show up: your confidence, presence, decision-making, and ability to advocate for yourself. Many women know they are capable but underestimate their value; my role is to help you see it, articulate it, and lead with it. Sessions are action-oriented and focused on progress. You will leave each conversation with clarity, next steps, and momentum. I provide honest feedback, encouragement without lowering standards, and accountability that keeps you moving forward—even when the process feels uncomfortable or uncertain.
