Each Perspective360 engagement is designed to be thoughtful, confidential, and focused on meaningful growth. We begin with a one-hour introductory conversation to align on what you want to gain from the 360 process, what to expect throughout the engagement, and which key stakeholders will be invited to participate. This ensures the feedback gathered is relevant, intentional, and grounded in your real leadership context. I then personally contact and conduct confidential one-on-one conversations with each identified stakeholder. All feedback is synthesized and anonymized into clear themes and patterns to protect psychological safety and encourage honest insight. Once the report is complete, we meet for a 90-minute debrief session to review your Perspective360 Report together. During this session, we explore key insights and conduct a focused mini-dive into 2–3 high-impact leadership actions that will guide your development moving forward. The process is designed to provide clarity, build self-awareness, and translate insight into practical, intentional leadership growth.
