I’m a 2025 Marshall Scholar and was a finalist for the 2025 Rhodes Scholarship in the competitive Texas region. I was also selected as the University of Pennsylvania’s endorsed nominee, a distinction in itself given the strength of Penn’s Ivy League applicant pool. I’ve been through the full process — from drafting essays to final-round interviews — and I’m happy to help others navigate these fellowships with clarity, strategy, and authenticity.

About Sridatta
I'm Sridatta, a 2025 Marshall Scholar from the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Biology and Health Policy through the Life Sciences & Management program. I was also a Rhodes finalist in the highly competitive Texas region and earned admission to Harvard Medical School, along with multiple full-tuition offers from other top medical schools. Through my own journey navigating competitive fellowships and medical school admissions, I’ve developed a strong understanding of what sets successful applications apart. I’ve helped students refine their positioning, elevate their essays, and prepare for interviews with confidence and authenticity. Whether you're applying to fellowships or med school, I’m excited to support you in telling your story and reaching your goals.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how confusing and isolating these application processes can feel, especially when so much hinges on telling your story the right way. I was fortunate to have mentors who took the time to help me reflect, revise, and grow throughout my journey. Their support made all the difference, and I want to pay that forward. Coaching gives me the chance to help others see the value in their own experiences and present them with clarity and confidence. Whether it’s for a fellowship, medical school, or something else entirely, I believe that with the right guidance, everyone can tell a compelling story that does justice to who they are and what they’ve worked for.
