The goal of this package is to provide you with end-to-end support throughout the entire recruiting process - from application to interview. This is a comprehensive package, meaning that rather than scheduling every coaching hour, we will be able to do more asynchronous work together without billing for each minute (e.g., resume revisions, PEI story workshopping, coaching via messages). I will propose a customized coaching workplan, tailored to your specific needs, to align on how we will use each hour. You can expect one or more of the following: * Mock case interviews, with detailed section-by-section feedback after the full case * Mock PEI/behavioral interviews with detailed feedback after each question * Mock full-length behavioral + case interviews, in the style of a firm of your choice, with high-level feedback afterward * Targeted deep dives & drills on specific sections of the case, with detailed feedback after each question

I am a child of immigrants who understands what it's like to have high ambitions without institutional and generational knowledge. From my experience going from MBB-reject to sitting on the McKinsey recruiting team, I find immense joy in helping nontraditional applicants step into calm confidence and ace their case interviews. The first time I interviewed with McKinsey, Bain, and BCG, I bombed. I had a rockstar resume, but my case prep was limited to skimming Case in Point and reading cases alone in my room. As a non-traditional applicant, I didn't have the resources and knowledge of what it would take to adequately prepare for MBB interviews. Determined to make a comeback, I reverse-engineered the entire process the following year. I spent hundreds of hours breaking down what it would actually take to get a second chance and be ready on interview day. As a result, I landed a full-time Business Analyst offer with my dream company, McKinsey, where I also served on the Cornell recruiting team.
