Experience level: Director
I am the creator of the AIgogy Framework™—a structured approach to working with AI for more reliable outcomes. You can learn more in the attached YouTube video and on my channel. I currently serve as an advisor to the Women in Leadership program, focusing on AI-driven engagement. With a Master of Technology from the University of Calcutta and experience across AI training, evaluation, and education, my work centers on helping people use AI more effectively—and, for many, transition into AI-related roles. I have worked as an AI Trainer at Meridial and as an Instructor at Maven, where I design and teach practical approaches to working with AI systems. Alongside this, I have extensive experience in career coaching, including recognition for high performance at Wizco. Earlier in my career, I received a performance award for adopting AI in marketing at a startup—well before it became mainstream. I am also a top 5% LinkedIn member and have been invited multiple times by LinkedIn editors to share perspectives on AI skills and contribute to collaborative articles. As a Computer Science Tutor at Empowerly, I’ve developed personalized learning approaches to help students build both confidence and capability. If you're looking to build practical AI skills or navigate the AI job market with more clarity, I can help you structure that journey.

About Silali
I didn’t start with AI. I started with a simple frustration: smart people making good decisions — but getting inconsistent results. When AI entered the picture, that gap became impossible to ignore. Same tool. Same person. Different outcomes. That’s where I focused my work. I don’t approach AI as a “prompting” problem. I look at it as a thinking and structure problem — how context is framed, how feedback is given, and how outcomes are shaped over time. Over the past year, I’ve been developing what I call the AIgogy Framework™ — a practical way to make AI outputs more reliable, not just more impressive. From this work, I built Prompt Refiner™, a system that helps turn inconsistent AI interactions into structured, repeatable outcomes. Alongside this, I work as an AI Adoption Coach, helping people break into AI without getting lost in tools, noise, or conflicting advice. Outside of coaching, I spend a lot of time analyzing how people interact with AI in real workflows — not demos — and where things break down. Most of my insights come from observing patterns, not theory. I also serve as an Advisor for Women in Leadership, with a focus on AI-driven engagement. In 2023, I was recognized as a High Achiever Career Coach at Wizco and received a performance award for early adoption of AI in my role as Head of Marketing at a startup.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I’m interested in bringing order to systems that feel chaotic. All systems have entropy. But when it’s high, progress becomes inconsistent, unclear, and difficult to sustain. I’ve seen this not just with AI, but in how people approach decisions, workflows, and goals. Without structure, things drift. Effort increases, but outcomes don’t always follow. To me, coaching is about reducing that drift. It’s about helping someone clarify what matters, break it into actionable steps, and move forward in a way that is steady and repeatable. Whether it’s working with AI or navigating a broader challenge, the principle is the same: create enough structure so that progress becomes predictable, not accidental. I find that process — turning scattered effort into ordered progress — deeply meaningful.
