Hello and welcome! I'm Shubhankar, a lifelong problem solver committed to driving sustainable change across the world by leveraging technology and business. I am driven by helping people from all backgrounds due to my global upbringing across India, China, Japan, and the United States. My journey began in the field of mechanical engineering, where I honed my quantitative problem-solving skills and passion for science and technology. This phase encompassed diverse industries, including biotech and automotive, sparking my initial drive to improve the quality of life for people globally. This led my transition into consulting, joining Accenture Strategy, where I used my problem-solving mindset and embraced empathy-first leadership to drive sustainability changes for clients. I spearheaded multiple C-suite and enterprise strategy projects in sustainability across Mobility, Technology, and Consumer Products sectors, while mentoring analysts and fellow consultants to develop into high-performers. I am currently pursuing my MBA at Kellogg on scholarship. I view this chapter of life as an incredible pathway to explore diverse career opportunities and help like-minded, driven individuals, such as yourself.
