Part of the Advanced Technologies Group. • Led complete development of compute module design and vehicle integration, including mounting, thermal analysis, fluid flow and structural integrity. • Conducted many fluid flow simulations of forced-air cooled heatsinks using ANSYS CFX, leading to optimization of existing and future cooling systems in vehicls. • Designed several assembly and test fixtures used in the manufacture and test of over 50 production autonomous vehicles (SUVs and 18-wheelers). • Developed low cost solution to dampen noise and vibration caused by cooling system, contributing to quieter ride and improved passenger comfort.
