About Shivani

Prior to attending Harvard Business School for my MBA, I spent 4 years at Deloitte Consulting in the AI & Data practice advising federal health agencies on data-driven innovation. I also attended the University of Virginia for undergrad, where I studied Systems Engineering and minored in Data Science. Outside of work, you can find me playing NYT games, reading the latest rom com book, looking for good sushi spots, and being a novice at weight lifting. I plan on using my storytelling experience briefing C-suite executives, reviewing resumes, and conducting mock interviews at Deloitte to help you personalize your narrative and decide how to use each element of the MBA application to your advantage and maximize your chance at scholarships!

Why do I coach?

When I was navigating the MBA admissions process, getting into a program like Harvard felt impossible without hiring an expensive admissions consultant. During my tour at HBS, my tour guide mentioned that around 50% of the students at Harvard and Stanford use MBA admissions consulting, which on average can cost upwards of $10,000. As someone who got into Harvard and received 3 full-tuition scholarships at other top 10 MBA programs, I want to make this process accessible—and more importantly—affordable for you. I realized I had a knack for admissions consulting after advising countless of my consulting peers at Deloitte and from the University of Virginia on essay reviews and conducting mock interviews that led them to gain admission into M7 MBA programs with scholarships including Harvard, Stanford, and Wharton. I even helped my brother get into the only Ivy League BS/MD program at Brown University, PLME, with a < 2% acceptance rate.
