Why do I coach?
I coach because I wouldn’t be where I am without the incredible mentors I had in college. Coming from a non-target school, I didn’t have a clear roadmap, but a few key mentors helped me build the right network, focus on the technical skills that actually matter, and avoid the common traps that hold back talented engineers. Now I want to pay that forward. I know how hard it can be to break into top tech or get promoted when you're figuring it out alone, and I love helping others shortcut that journey with the kind of support I was lucky to receive.
