And that begins when I give you the behind-the-scenes preview of what it really looks like for employers, recruiters, and hiring managers on the other side. You'll know exactly how applicant tracking systems work, how recruiters use them, and how to take advantage of the top-of-funnel processes (including applications, referrals, and outbound) -- from sourcing leads to getting intros, cover letters to emails, and everything in between. 2. Then we'll go through advanced coaching to make you a stellar storyteller and interviewee. When you get an interview in this type of market, you cannot leave anything to chance. We'll talk about how to interview excellently, dependent on which stakeholder you're talking to, how to tell your story in a way that makes somebody lean in rather than engage only on autopilot, and how to ask questions at the end of interviews that make people wonder if you already work at their company. 3. Dependent on your specific functional area, we'll go through mock interviews and interview preparation that ensures that you seem competitive in this particular market, where it's not just about being good at the job you have, but surfacing analogies about things you've done in the past that match with an employer's present or future problems. Importantly, this also means sounding AI-enabled. No matter your functional area, every company wants their teams and their squads to be ready for a future that feels imminent. We'll make sure you sound like you're ahead of the curve. 4. We'll also talk about case studies, panel interviews, interviews with skip levels. If you're a leader, we'll go through how to interview with potential inherited direct reports and every nuance in between. The reality is that the methods that we talk about in storytelling translate really well to every step of the way, but I'll still equip you with specifics for each step's nuances. 5. Finally, we'll talk about how to seal the deal, how to make sure that you're first (not second) place in the final rounds of any given interview loop, how to negotiate your offer (yes, even in this market), and how to make everything come together to receive something competitive in 2026.
