Why do I coach?
I've always wanted to break the information and process asymmetries that hold people back from their true ambition. Whether that's been about what people don't know when it comes to job search or careers, what they can't do when it comes to using AI tools, or what they get oversold on or don't understand about advanced usage of AI, I'm always looking to say... hey, let's demystify what's actually happening, but then build upon that to get top 1% (or better) mastery. I can get into the sob story about why this is so important to me, but I'll put it simply for now: my family immigrated to this country when I was a year old, and as I grew up, and as I watched my sister (9 years older than me) grow up, I could see the ways in which what we knew and what my family knew either held us back or helped us compared to those around me. And I think it's process and information asymmetries that hold us back from reaching our true potential and again, our true ambition.
