Hey! I'm Sesana Allen, founder, podcast host, and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree. I coach MBA applicants because I'm obsessed with storytelling. I know how daunting the process is, I beat myself up over it. I want to help you distill your incredible story into something the admission committee will love. I just wrapped my first year at Stanford GSB, where I've been diving deep into venture building, leadership, finance, and entrepreneurship. Prior to school, I advised and invested in growth-stage companies, interviewing hundreds of founders and operators, and building a platform to help others make bold career moves. I started coaching because I genuinely love helping people shine. I work hand-in-hand with every client to make sure your application captures exactly who you are and where you're going. Every single sentence matters. Whether you're just starting to think about business school or you're ready to hit submit, I'm here to help you tell your story in a way that actually sounds like you.
Why do I coach?
I started coaching because I remember what it felt like to stare at so many applications, trying to make my whole story fit into a few hundred words. I've applied to fellowships, jobs, grad school, awards, and every time, I felt the same daunting mix of pressure and doubt. I've been admitted to some of the most competitive programs and recognized on lists I never imagined seeing my name on. Through it all, I've learned how much your future can hinge on how well you tell your story. I coach because I want to help you tell yours, and to make that process feel less isolating. I treat every client's application like it's my own. I care about every sentence, every draft, every detail. Because I've been on the other side of this, and I know how much it matters.
