About Seda

I spent over 15 years working with the Graduate School of Business (GSB) at Stanford Universiy, primarily in the MBA Admissions Office. I served as Associate Director of MBA Admissions and Director of Outreach and International Initiatives. In that role I worked directly with applicants, led global recruiting efforts, built relationships with institutions across China, India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia and read thousands of applications. I know what Stanford looks for because I was part of the team making those decisions. Since leaving Stanford I have spent over a decade advising MBA applicants as an independent admissions consultant, helping candidates around the world craft compelling applications to top programs. My coaching focuses on helping you identify and articulate what makes you unique, build a strong narrative across your essays and interviews, and develop a school strategy that gives you the best possible chance of admission.
