About Scott
I am a former McKinsey Engagement Manager with a passion for education, having also worked to develop learning programs and coach individuals as an EdTech Instructional designer and a nationally-recognized Teach For America teacher. At McKinsey, I was one of the core leaders of the Chicago Booth recruiting team and led networking sessions, coffee chats, and interviews with dozens prospective candidates. As a former Teach For America teacher and administrator, I deeply understand the needs of learners and am therefore able to tailor my coaching of candidates on all elements of casing and interview prep to each individual's unique needs. At Booth, I led the 1st year case case coaching trainings for the management consulting club on case math and can quickly diagnose and correct deficiencies in case math. I've mentored dozens of candidates for roles at McKinsey and other elite consulting firms, including many with "non-traditional backgrounds" like my own.
