• Led change management strategy for entire organization (8,000+ employees supporting 120,000+ students). Created portfolio-level change management plans and ensured the success and effectiveness of a dozen change managers on over 90 projects. • Founded and headed a Center of Excellence for change management. Research Fellow

Designed academic research experiments concerning political psychology and behavior change in regards to the following topics: populism, nationalism, environmentalism, racism, and immigration Conducted a survey experiment to facilitate attitude change among those who have dehumanized Muslim immigrants in the U.K. And used coding program R to analyze and visualize the data from the 8,000 participants surveyed. Wrote an extensive final report detailing the methodology, theory, previous literature, hypotheses, results, and application of those results and am currently working to publish results in an academic journal.

Intern

Gathered and organized data; specifically, human trafficking statistics in Utah, demographic data by district and school, state-level information about child abuse, foster families, and adoption rates. Created an extensive key-contact list and began initial contact for the organization. Devised top-down and bottom-up marketing strategies to stop human-trafficking from both government and societal levels
