About Sanil
I am an experienced executive and leadership coach with extensive experience coaching leaders in technology startups and large enterprises. My coaching expertise is focused on assisting leaders seeking guidance for their workplace situations or looking to thrive professionally. I draw from my vast experience as a leader in technology companies and integrate it with my coaching expertise. I am an ICF certified PCC coach and hold an MBA and an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health. I am also a facilitator for the Action for Happiness non-profit. As a technologist, I led engineering and innovation teams for technology companies.
Why do I coach?
As an engineering leader, I saw first hand the benefits of helping my team find purpose and clarity. I coach to help professionals navigate tough transitions - whether it’s stepping into leadership, facing burnout, or just feeling stuck. I wanted to offer clarity, confidence, and a path forward when things feel overwhelming.
