About Sandra

I'm a Product Leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling products used by millions of customers, merchants, and partners. Throughout my career, I've hired, coached, and mentored product managers across levels—from aspiring PMs breaking into tech to senior PMs preparing for leadership roles. I help clients navigate PM interviews, career transitions, promotion strategies, stakeholder management, and day-to-day product leadership. Why do I coach?

I coach because I know firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate a career when you don't have a roadmap. As a first-generation immigrant, I entered the professional world without immediate access to the networks, mentors, and role models that many people take for granted. As a woman building a career and leading teams in male-dominated industries, I've also experienced the unique challenges that come with finding your voice, building confidence, and advocating for yourself. I was fortunate to have mentors and resources later in my career that helped me pivot, unlock opportunities, and accelerate my growth. Coaching is my way of paying that forward. My goal is to provide others with the guidance, support, and practical tools that can make career growth feel less intimidating and more achievable—especially for those who may not see many people like themselves in the rooms they're striving to enter.
