Why do I coach?
Hindsight is a wonderful thing (no pun) and reminds me constantly that my career has been made on multiple accidents and mistakes. This is because there was no one to guide, advise or mentor me when I was trying to build my career. Coaching and mentoring, therefore, is my way to help others avoid the mistakes I made.
