Availability | I am available for meetings on Monday through Friday, and will do my best to accommodate meetings at times that work across time zones, as I am located in Spain (GMT+2). Scheduling Sessions & Email Response Times | Please schedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible so that I have sufficient time to review your materials and prepare for our meeting. For questions sent through messaging, you can generally expect a response within 24 to 36 hours on weekdays. Feedback on Application Materials | I will provide detailed feedback on your application materials, including all essays, resume/CV, and other required documents, within 2 to 3 business days. Meeting Frequency | I will meet you wherever you are in the admissions process, and adapt to your working style and needs. The application process is a highly personal and iterative process, and some students enjoy a structured meeting date and time for accountability, while others prefer setting meetings according to their needs at the moment. Either way, I will work with you to find what works.
