This package includes five one-on-one executive coaching sessions focused on the real decisions and leadership challenges currently in front of you. Sessions are agenda-less by design and shaped by your context, priorities, and operating environment. We work directly on leadership, organizational, or career decisions such as role scope, tradeoffs, sequencing, stakeholder dynamics, transitions, or moments where clarity and judgment matter more than speed. This is not a preset program, curriculum, or framework. The purpose of the series is to establish a working cadence, build shared context, and create enough continuity to do meaningful, decision-focused work grounded in how leadership and execution actually operate in practice. Sessions are conducted live and build on one another over time.

Executive Coach for High Stakes Leadership and Career Decisions
I work with senior operators, Chiefs of Staff, and executives navigating moments when judgment, positioning, and decision quality matter more than effort alone. My background includes senior roles across private equity, venture capital, and executive search, where I partnered closely with CEOs and leadership teams on succession, organizational structure, executive transitions, and high stakes decisions made under time pressure and incomplete information. Across these environments, my work focused on strengthening leadership judgment, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and building operating systems that hold as complexity increases. Executive coaching is a natural extension of this work. Clients typically engage with me when they are stepping into expanded scope, navigating a transition, or facing complex decisions involving people, structure, or direction. Sessions are practical and focused, designed to help leaders think clearly, pressure test assumptions, and move forward with decisions that hold up in practice. I am an ICF credentialed executive coach with formal training through Brown University’s Leadership and Performance Coaching program.
