This package is designed for professionals who are getting real estate private equity interviews but need to convert them — building genuine fluency in financial modeling, a strong behavioral story bank, and the composure to perform under real interview pressure. Through five structured 1-on-1 sessions, you'll go from understanding the concepts to actually performing them live, culminating in two full mock interviews with structured feedback — taught by a current Asset Manager at Greystar and Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Finance at IE Business School. Each session builds toward realistic simulation rather than passive learning — reviewing an actual acquisition model the way an interviewer would, building real answers to the questions that come up again and again, and running full mock interviews under genuine time pressure. By the end of this package, you'll have working fluency in real estate financial modeling, a structured bank of behavioral answers, and two full mock interviews of direct experience and feedback behind you — ready to walk into any interview, technical or behavioral, with genuine confidence.
