Salvador Mompean

I specialize in the strategic management of real estate assets, with a particular focus on the Living sectors. Currently, I serve as an Asset Manager at Greystar in Madrid, overseeing Be Casa, the firm’s Flex Living portfolio in Spain. In this role, I coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, finance, development and marketing to improve asset performance, optimize NOI, and build long-term value. My background spans the entire asset lifecycle. Prior to Greystar, I spent several years advising institutional investors and developers on transactions within the PBSA, Co-Living, Build-to-Rent, and Senior Housing spaces at international consulting firms including EY and Savills. This advisory background, combined with early experience in construction, allows me to bridge the gap between financial analysis and practical, on-the-ground operations. Outside of my corporate role, I am committed to education and industry development. I am an Adjunct Professor at IE Business School, where I teach Real Estate Investment & Asset Management. I also serve on the executive committee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Young Leaders and am an active member of the Nova Talent network.
