About Ryan

I’m a technology and product strategy leader at Deloitte, where I focus on helping organizations translate complex business problems into scalable, user-centered solutions. My background spans consulting, product management, CRM transformation, and AI-enabled strategy across financial services, healthcare, climate, and the public sector. At Deloitte, I’ve led cross-functional teams on multi-million-dollar digital transformation programs, including large-scale Salesforce implementations for global banks and enterprise CRM redesigns impacting tens of thousands of users. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. I partner with senior stakeholders to define future-state operating models, design customer-centric processes, and deliver platforms that drive measurable growth and efficiency. I am also a graduate of Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and McCormick School of Engineering with a dual MBA and MS in Design Innovation (MMM). Through that experience, I deepened my expertise in human-centered design, growth strategy, financial modeling, and AI-driven product development. I also participated in an MBA exchange program at INSEAD in Singapore, further expanding my global perspective on business and innovation. Across my career, I’ve worked with Fortune 500 enterprises, federal agencies, venture-backed startups, and social impact organizations. Whether building carbon market forecasting models, designing next-generation loyalty programs, or developing AI-enabled go-to-market strategies, I focus on creating solutions that are both strategically sound and operationally executable. Beyond client work, I’m deeply invested in mentorship and talent development. I’ve trained thousands of students and early-career professionals in Salesforce and consulting fundamentals, coached MBA and career transition candidates, and supported professionals navigating competitive industries. Outside of work, I’m fueled by curiosity about the world and the people in it. As a third-culture kid who has lived across multiple countries and traveled to 65+, I love immersing myself in new cultures through food, from street markets to dishes like scorpion and seahorse, because shared meals are one of the most powerful ways to understand a place. I’m also a self-proclaimed loyalty and rewards enthusiast who genuinely enjoys the craft behind airline status, hotel programs, and credit card perks, appreciating how thoughtful design can elevate everyday experiences into something memorable. If you’re looking for a coach who understands how to break into consulting, product management, or top MBA programs and can help you build a credible, differentiated story grounded in real execution experience, I’m here to help.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I’ve seen firsthand how guidance and support can open doors and transform lives. Throughout my career, I’ve had mentors who believed in me, pushed me to grow, and helped me navigate critical transitions. Their impact inspired me to pay it forward, and I’ve made it a priority to help others achieve their goals. From teaching thousands of university students marketable Salesforce skills to co-founding a nonprofit that provides scholarships to deserving Asian fraternity members, I’ve always been passionate about giving back. I know how challenging it can be to break into a new industry, navigate a career pivot, or tackle the uncertainty of a major life decision. That’s why I aim to level the playing field, offering the kind of support that can make those challenges less daunting. Coaching, for me, is about understanding each person’s unique story and helping them find the path that’s right for them. Whether you’re preparing for business school, exploring new industries, or trying to break into a competitive role, I’m here to share my experiences, insights, and practical advice to help you succeed. My approach is simple: listen, guide, and empower. I coach because I believe in the power of opportunity, and in the importance of helping others make the most of theirs.
