I can guarantee you walk away with these skills (yes, I am 100% certain you will master these): - showcasing technical fluency without ever coding a single line or knowing how to remotely build anything. I got hired one level above APM and was offered the role of a Technical PM--I had literally zero technical experience but showcased strong technical skills through problem solving. - You will be able to master every single behavioral question I throw at you, just by practicing 5 questions (what?! sounds crazy, but I guarantee you only need to practice 4 questions to be able to answer ANYTHING) - A unique networking strategy. None of the generic stuff that LinkedIn influencers will tell you–I have a repository of tangible, free, products I've used to source hiring managers, recruiters, and receive referrals quickly. - We'd be an even BETTER fit if you're targeting fintech companies and want to demonstrate differentiating skills as you interview for banks and fintech companies.

About Ruhi
As a non-target school applicant to PM internships/roles, I had to be extremely scrappy and unconventional. At the beginning of my recruiting journey in college, I made many harsh (but true) realizations about recruiting: target school applicants have a lot of power in the process (even if they're less experienced than you,) recruiting is extremely political, referrals are golden, interviewing is easy, and recruiting is a game. The recruiting process is a game that can be beat with the right practice, and unique strategies. I got tired of LinkedIn influencers sharing their (not-so-unique) advice and became scrappy with how to get referrals, how to master any interview, and how to open doors with recruiters. If you're feeling you're at a plateau, feeling discouraged, or need a helping hand, I can guarantee honesty, openness, and transparency to help make this recruiting process quick and easy.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I want to make the recruiting process as quick, easy, and efficient as possible for you. People on YouTube and LinkedIn influencers post clickbait on how to 'stand out during the interview process,' or 'how to get an interview.' The reality is that none of the advice is ~truly~ unique, and when a large population of applicants all follow the same strategy, they become another fish in the ocean. I quite literally did ~hundreds~ of coffee chats during college, many many mock interviews, and sent hundreds of cold emails before I quickly learned unique hacks and tricks to stand out during interviews, get easy referrals, and be hired at a Manager level straight out of college. If you want: - a strong resume showing unique PM competency or - an interview performance displaying you're a mature PM or - simply want easy referrals, connections to recruiters, and an interview offer we would get along great--I'd love to help open the PM door for you and help you showcase your authentic self while interviewing/applying.
