About Rosanna

I grew up in a small town in Mexico and had the privilege to study in cities and universities that bring together diversity. Connecting with people from different backgrounds walked me through the ambition of working in a global firm. I got the job at Deloitte as a part-time intern while being a full-time student, and after graduation, I got the full-time job position as a consultant. Living the Big 4 world for 8 years was an extraordinary school. Growing a team, working with clients from different industries and participating in transactions where time was all, translated into an accelerated career growth and teaching others about the beauty of integrating work to life. Disruptive moments did happen, they called for change and I found a profound meaning to decide my next chapter. I lived the uncomfortable, healed and worked with a professional coach for 4 months. I chose to breakdown, redefined my meaning of success and elevated my consciousness. It was the before and after of my growth as a woman and professional. I earned the agency to get the promotion to manager during the pandemic and to gather the courage to change paths a year after. Resigning a long-term job with exceptional mentors was very hard, but life is all about choices. I changed countries, expanded my cultural awareness and discovered the underlying purpose of my decade as an accounting and financial advisor. I connected the dots, the why had I always been the confidant and the go-to person for advice, for humbleness and for empathy. Now, supporting people to grow, thrive and find fulfillment is my passion. I am not just a certified professional coach; I am a partner of your future trajectory.
