About Robert

With 13 years of experience at The Home Depot—the world’s largest home improvement retailer—I had the privilege of leading teams that built digital products for both customers and store associates. That experience taught me how to scale product thinking within a massive, complex organization while keeping people at the heart of every decision. I’m deeply passionate about helping Product Managers grow—whether that’s finding their voice as a new PM, setting a strong product vision, or navigating the challenges of scaling product practices across large teams. My sweet spot is coaching around leadership techniques that help PMs inspire and empower others, as well as interview preparation, customer-backed roadmapping, product experimentation, and assumption validation. What I love most about coaching is helping people connect the dots—between their strengths, their ambitions, and the impact they want to have. If you’re exploring your next step or just want to sharpen your craft, I’d love to help you get there. When I’m not talking Product, you’ll usually find me baking sourdough, spending time with my two retired racing Greyhounds (Archie and Dobby), watching Georgia Tech football, or planning my next travel adventure—I’ve been to 23 countries!

Why do I coach?

I come from a family of teachers—my mom, sister, and aunts all shaped how I view learning and empathy. That background gave me an appreciation for what it means to help others grow, and over time, I realized that’s what fills my cup most. During my years at The Home Depot, I discovered that the moments I valued most weren’t the big launches or milestones—they were seeing others shine. Watching a teammate find their confidence or step into leadership always gave me the deepest sense of purpose and contribution. Coaching lets me keep doing that on a broader scale. It allows me to meet incredible people, learn from their journeys, and stay connected to evolving trends, companies, and product practices. And just as I had mentors and managers who shaped my own path, I want to pay that forward—to help others find clarity, confidence, and joy in their work.
