Helped improve trial to paid conversion by double digits, responsible for user onboarding, conversion, monetization and retention. Led a team of senior PMs. Interim head of product growth at B2B Sub-$200M SaaS Start-up, built a roadmap based upon insights, found levers that drove 10X improvement in adoption. Hired by the CEO to help mitigate payments risk and fraud, soon took on additional scope to own the entire payments stack including payments as a service and building Spin Wallet (A platform that he planned to monetize as a standalone SaaS product). Within a year my scope grew to include mobility as a service. - Curtailed critical fraud in less than 6 weeks which helped avoid being shut down by Visa network, a critical win. - Improved revenue yield from 54% to 93% which resulted in $30M revenue impact. - Launched Spin Scooters on Google Maps & Lyft App; improved rides per scooter by 10% ~$6M. - Improved payment transaction costs by advocating to switch to a better payments processor, impact of $15M - To enable pay-as-you-go and subscription payment models, built a flexible payments-as-a-service platform from 0 to 1, this was to become a SaaS product to be called Spin Wallet creating an opportunity for Spin to drive a new revenue stream of $100M. - Built Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform from 0 to 1.
