Senior Analyst II

As a Senior Analyst II, I was staffed on long-term growth & implementation strategy projects with high-profile US CPG clients, focusing on the Food & Beverage space, working independently on Interviews, Surveys, and Research and owning entire modules in client updates. As a senior member of LCN, I was involved in recruiting, training and managing junior analysts.

Senior Analyst I

As a Senior Analyst, I was staffed on high-profile US CPG cases and work independently on Interviews, Surveys, and Research modules. As a senior member of the LCN, I was involved in recruiting, training, and LCN growth planning, contributing to team growth from 5 in May 2022 to 95 in July 2023.

Analyst III

As an Analyst III in LEK Capability Network, I was staffed on Global CPG cases (US, UK, and Australia), and collaborated with Associates in Surveys, Interviews, and Research modules. As a member of LCN, I was involved in campus placements, mentoring lateral hires, and marketing efforts to increase LCN visibility within LEK.

Analyst II

I joined as one of the 5 founding members of LCN and started working as a generalist on US cases. Collaborated with Associates and Consultants on all modules of the case, and strived to increase the visibility of LCN in the US. Worked with the Program Director on growth plans, training, culture, and location strategies

Research Analyst

I worked as an Analyst in the Financial Services (FS) space with clients and case teams from across the US, EUR, and APAC to provide digital-focused ad-hoc research support. I worked with the separate Digital in Financial Institutions research team and trained junior analysts in the space. As an Analyst, I also contributed to mentoring & training junior associates in the team and performing quality checks.

Research Associate

I joined as an Associate in Financial Services of the Data and Research Services team, focusing on banking. I worked with teams across the US, EUR, and APAC, later focusing on the South-east Asian clients and digital transformation topic during the pandemic. I worked with a Senior Analyst in the Digital team during Covid to start the Digital Financial Services team.
