About Rachel
Hello! I’m passionate about helping people find clarity and confidence in their career paths. Over the years, I’ve worked across both the private and social sectors, from serving as Director of Strategy & Ops and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Khan Academy to working as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, where I partnered with higher ed institutions on big strategic and operational transformations. I’ve also spent time at Imagine Worldwide, supporting tablet-based learning programs in Africa. I have an MBA from HBS and studied economics and mathematical methods in the social sciences at Northwestern. I love helping people think through their career journeys, whether that’s breaking into consulting, evaluating MBA programs, navigating growth within a role, pursuing chief of staff roles, or making the leap into social impact work. If you’re reflecting on what’s next, I’d love to be in your corner. Let’s connect and explore how you can create a career that’s both meaningful and exciting.
