60+ people coached for Executive Coaching

You're not paying $1,000 an hour for advice. You're paying for 25 years of decisions made under pressure across 11 countries, four continents, and some of the most competitive companies on the planet. I built Google Play's brand from zero. I've sat in the seat you're sitting in as a 3x CMO, navigated the politics, the board dynamics, the moments where everything felt like it was falling apart. I've also rebuilt my own career from scratch, twice, so I'm not theorizing about reinvention. I'm living proof of it. What you get in our sessions is radical clarity: the pattern you can't see because you're inside it, the hard truth your team won't tell you, and a concrete plan you can execute this week, not this quarter. I work with CEOs and senior leaders who are done collecting frameworks and ready to actually move. If you want someone who will challenge you, hold you accountable, and compress months of indecision into a single conversation, let's talk. If you want someone who will nod along and validate what you already believe, I'm not your guy.

About Patrick

Former CMO at Google Play turned executive advisor, keynote speaker, and bestselling author of Step Back and LEAP. With 25+ years of global leadership experience across 11 countries and four continents, Patrick has built and scaled teams at Google, led turnarounds at Silicon Valley startups, and launched a leadership development company from scratch in Santiago, Chile. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and is an ICF certified executive advisor who works directly with CEOs and senior leaders navigating AI transformation, first-time CEO transitions, post-exit reinvention, and scaling through organizational crisis. His methodology blends a proprietary 360 leadership diagnostic (Mork MIrror), five evidence-based resilience pillars, and a library of 12 original leadership workbooks developed through years of hands-on work with high-growth teams. Patrick's mentoring philosophy is simple: Truth over comfort, Resilience over fear. He pushes leaders to close the gap between where they are and where they're capable of operating, compressing time-to-decision and time-to-action. His clients include VC and PE-backed company leaders across the Americas, and his frameworks have been delivered as keynotes and workshops to audiences of 500+ at Google IO, SXSW, Mobile World Congress, The Volcano Summit and for companies including Google, Walmart, Unilever, Scotiabank, Liberty Media and Falabella. Based in Miami. Quadrilingual in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. Unapologetically direct.

Why do I coach?

Nearly nine years ago, I was broken. I'd been fired twice from multiple startups in the span of 18 months, been divorced, and was pretty lost. My life just seemed to be coming apart at the seams. Regardless of my experience or education or smarts, I just couldn't tell black from white or up from down. I hired an executive coach who worked with me for nine months, and that was the beginning not only of my rebirth but also of a complete change in direction. I subsequently became an executive coach and left my 20-year background in technology marketing behind. Over the course of that time, I've been able to help some amazing and remarkable people get clarity about themselves, what they want, why they want it, and how they're going to get it. I've started two other companies, I've written a best-selling book, and learned an enormous amount about human nature and what limits us. Today, my purpose is to be the inspiring energy that helps people find careers of meaning and purpose. That's a large part of what I dedicate my life to, aside from motivational speaking, executive coaching for tech CEOs, my podcasts, and the workshops that I run. It's been a difficult but incredibly rewarding and rich journey so far, and I hope I can give back through this work to others who are equally lost or just need help.
