About Panos
I am Panos Malakoudis, PCC, an ICF Award-winning executive coach and Forbes contributor with 25 years of leadership experience and a truly global perspective. I am thrilled to join the Leland community and look forward to co-creating meaningful development journeys with my clients. Throughout my career, I have specialized at the intersection of AI and behavioral transformation. During my time at Microsoft, I led the coaching strategy for over 75,000 employees and pioneered a Guinness World Record-setting AI-augmented coaching initiative that yielded $76M in value and a 670% ROI. In addition to my coaching practice, I currently serve as an ICF UK Board Director and an advisor to the AI Coaching Coalition. Beyond designing high-impact programs like Microsoft’s Capability Academy, I strive to bring a calm, human, and intentional presence to my work. Whether I am training a global group or coaching an individual, my ultimate goal is to create the space for leaders to think deeply, stretch their perspectives, and unlock clarity, confidence, and genuine growth.
Why do I coach?
My passion for coaching stems from a deep belief in the power of meaningful dialogue to unlock human potential. Early in my own career, coaching gave me the clarity to navigate complex challenges and step into leadership with confidence. Today, I coach to pay that experience forward, creating the space for others to discover their unique strengths, embrace growth, and lead with genuine purpose.
