1. Story and positioning We begin by crafting your personal narrative. Growth equity firms value how you think and why you are here. They want to see what you offer that a standard finance hire lacks. We will build your specific "why growth equity" story from zero. This ensures your pitch is sharp before you speak to anyone. 2. Cold email and networking strategy Most people just send spam. You will not. We will build a smart outreach system. You will learn who to contact at each firm and how to write emails that earn replies. We also cover how to turn those chats into referrals. You will leave with a working email sequence to send the very same week. 3. Proof of work One way to stand out in outreach heavy roles is to show you have done the job. We will pick one or two sectors where you have a real edge. Then we map out a short thesis or sector memo. You can attach this to your emails or use it in your interviews. 4. Technical and case study prep Growth equity focuses more on themes and company health than old school models. You still must know the basics. We cover market sizing, unit economics, and growth paths. We will learn how to judge if a firm is worth a look. We will practice with live case studies together. 5. Behavioral interview coaching We will run full mock interviews. These cover the most frequent questions like your background or why you chose growth equity. We also prep for questions on deals you like or how you find new leads. You get fast feedback on your tone and content. We will even prep for the odd curveball. 6. Fast support between sessions Send your questions or drafts at any time. You can share cold email replies whenever they come in. You will get a response within 36 hours.

I've successfully navigated the highly competitive growth equity recruiting process, securing offers at Blackstone, General Atlantic, Norwest Venture Partners, and Lead Edge Capital. Most recently, I worked as an Analyst at Lead Edge Capital, where I focused on sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities.
