About Nuha
My career has taken me from engineering power systems at GE to shaping business strategy for some of the most innovative companies in energy tech. Along the way, I’ve led teams, advised executives, and navigated complex transitions across roles, industries, and functions. Each move taught me how to connect technical depth with business impact—and how to grow a career with intention, not just momentum. I bring that same blend of structure, strategy, and clarity to my coaching. With a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA from a top business school, I understand both the technical and strategic sides of leadership. I’ve walked the path many of my clients are on, and I know what it takes to shift gears confidently—whether you’re moving into management, exploring a pivot, or leveling up your presence and influence. Clients often come to me feeling stuck or unsure of how to articulate their value. They leave with a clear sense of direction, a stronger story, and a plan they feel energized to act on. If that sounds like what you need, I’d love to work with you.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I believe too many brilliant people are playing small—not because they lack potential, but because they haven’t had the right guidance, the right questions, or someone in their corner who gets it. I’ve seen how powerful it is when someone recognizes your strengths, helps you connect the dots, and gives you the tools to move forward with intention. Coaching lets me do that—for people who are ready to grow, lead, and make bold moves on their own terms.
