The services-to-product transition fails in five specific, diagnosable ways. I've built a proprietary 20-question diagnostic around them — the Crossover Diagnostic — that identifies which of the five is actually stalling your move. Without that, most coaching for this transition defaults to generic advice about CVs and LinkedIn, which is fine if your gap is narrative and useless if your gap is actually commercial ownership or sponsor channel. So the programme starts with a diagnosis, not a plan. Phase 1 (Week 1) — Diagnose. You take the Crossover Diagnostic. We meet for a 90-minute paid debrief where I walk you through your archetype — The Misframed Veteran, The Wide Caster, The Delivery Leader, The Outside Observer, or The Channel-less Applicant — and name the specific constraint driving your stall. Phase 2 (Weeks 2-4) — Rebuild. We fix the primary constraint first. If it's narrative: we rewrite your CV and positioning for product-org language. If it's wedge: we narrow your target list to three named orgs with written theses. If it's commercial: we reconstruct the ARR and expansion story hidden in your existing accounts. If it's fluency: we build product-side interview readiness, including earnings-call analysis for your target companies. If it's sponsor channel: we build the outreach system that actually works at senior level. Phase 3 (Weeks 5-6) — Deploy. We pressure-test everything against real interviews, real outreach conversations, and real offers. You come out with a playbook you can execute for the next 90 days on your own.

Coaching delivered via live sessions.
The reason this coaching works is that I've sat on both sides of the transition you're making. For 15 years I led services practices at Deloitte and KPMG — I've been the Client Partner you are now, managing global accounts, owning delivery, carrying the revenue-retention narrative. Then I spent time in Amazon Web Services, where the hiring managers you're trying to impress now are people I worked alongside and, often, hired for. I know how your CV reads to them because I've read hundreds of CVs like yours. I know which stories land and which get politely passed over. In sessions, that shows up as specificity. When you tell me a deal story, I can tell you exactly how a product-side hiring manager will hear it — and what to change. When you ask me about the politics of a product-org interview loop, I'm not speculating. When you debate whether to accept an offer, I know the comp benchmarks and the promotion lanes at the companies on your target list. I'm an ICF Associate Certified Coach, so the work is coaching — it's your decisions, your career, your answers. But it's coaching informed by 28 years of operating experience. You get the structured inquiry a good coach provides, and you get the pattern recognition of someone who has seen this transition succeed and fail many times from inside the rooms where it happens.
Response time. Within 24 hours on working days. Interview-day and offer-negotiation messages are prioritized. Cancellations & rescheduling. 24-hour notice required for session changes. Sessions cancelled inside 24 hours count as used. Scope. I coach. I do not write your CV for you, run your outreach, or guarantee role outcomes. The program builds the positioning, narrative, and channel that make outcomes materially more probable. Execution is yours. Confidentiality. Absolute. Anonymized patterns may inform my public writing; identifying details never leave our conversation.
