Hello! I’m Neha, ex-McKinsey and EY consultant from the NYC offices Want to break into consulting? Having done it twice, I know how intimidating consulting recruiting can feel. But with the right prep, you’ll walk into that room confident and like you already belong there Why me? Beyond having worked at two top consulting firms, I was one of a few candidates to land an offer at McKinsey New York from my MBA program, one of the most coveted offices in North America (and one of two from my undergrad to receive an offer at EY New York). While at McKinsey, I was chosen to spend 6+ weeks fully dedicated to recruiting efforts instead of client work, working directly with McKinsey’s recruiters. During that time, I helped applicants prepare for interviews, hosted coffee chats/ panels, and served as a resume screener, making decisions on who received an interview and who didn’t. Beyond that time, I continued supporting future applicants break into consulting I can help you with: • Case interview strategy and practice • Behavioral/fit interview prep • Resume and application review • Networking and coffee chat strategy I love teaching and have been involved with helping others through many forms over the years: • Teacher in Paris for a year through the Fulbright Program (need recs for Paris? Why do I coach?

I know what it feels like to stand outside these doors and wonder if there's a seat for you inside. As the daughter of immigrants, I didn't grow up with a network of consultants or an insider's playbook. But I broke into EY and then McKinsey, and it was life-changing. Those experiences stretched me, sharpened me, and put names on my resume that have opened doors I never thought possible. Now, it's my turn to hold those doors open for you. I coach because I believe talent is everywhere but access isn't, and because the gap between a promising candidate and a signed offer often comes down to preparation, along with having someone in your corner who's been there.
