I have six years of experience in leadership development and organizational change management consulting, and one year in coaching experience. I have studied leadership extensively and have coached and consulted many leaders. I have also coached and consulted executives from the C-suite level to a managerial level. I have graduated in the top 5% of my class in an Ivy League Institution and have learnt from leaders in the field of executive coaching, leadership development and organizational change management consulting. I have assisted in the merger of a 60 billion company, helped managers transition to upper management position, coached leaders in West Point Military Academy and much more. I have utilized techniques in goal setting, positive psychology, behavioral modification along with a dozen more modalities. I am also skilled in various forms of assessments that i incorporate into my coaching.
