I was a management consultant at McKinsey from 2016 to 2022, leaving as a Senior Engagement Manager. During my tenure, I worked across two offices (Dubai and the Bay Area) with a primary focus on health-tech. At McKinsey, I was recognized as one of the top interviewers, conducting interviews for the Bay Area office and evaluating candidates from MIT, including reviewing and scoring resumes. This experience has given me deep expertise in the resume review and interviewing process. Additionally, I have supported numerous candidates through mock interviews. Beyond interviewing, I served as a coach and led several internal training programs at McKinsey, including the renowned LEAD program, a week-long training for associates. Additionally, I have guided many individuals in navigating the decision to pursue an MBA while working in consulting, using a framework I have refined over the years to support their decision-making process. After McKinsey, I transitioned into the start-up world, joining a YC/a16z/GC-backed start-up as their Chief of Staff. I later left to start my own company, which I am currently focused on building and scaling. Therefore, I am also well-equipped to guide others in defining a consulting career path that lays the foundation for a successful transition to opportunities beyond consulting.
