Ten 60-minute sessions over twelve weeks with an ICF Professional Certified Coach and former Amazon Senior Manager, plus written support between sessions and one stakeholder hot-prep each month. We define success in session one, then work both the strategy and the mindset underneath it: presence that holds in the room, decisions you will not need to walk back, and the inner critic that turns ambition into overdrive. Ends with a written summary and a maintenance plan you keep.
