Description
For coaches, consultants, and solo service businesses that want AI to run the back office so the founder can stay in the work clients pay for. Ten hours with an ICF Professional Certified Coach who is certified at Level 4 of the Leland AI Builder Program and runs her own coaching practice on the systems she builds: session prep, client debriefs, content pipeline, newsletter, follow-ups. We start with positioning, because an AI system built on unclear positioning automates the wrong things. Then we build one client-facing or operations system end to end, with a rules file, documentation, and a handover so you can extend it without me. Delivered over six to eight weeks with written support between working sessions.
