About Mikey

I have done everything under the sun in B2B SaaS Revenue Operations. I have been a part of a 2 man sales ops shop that supported 100 sellers and handled everything from SFDC Admin to Marketing Ops to Commissions to Sales Enablement. I have been one cog in the giant machine at LinkedIn, supporting thousands of customer success managers in a primarily quantitative role. I've seen hypergrowth both as a mainline "process, policy, tools" Sales Ops IC and manager, and run all analytics, insights and forecasting for a company at the same stage. I have also been the first Sales Ops hire at a young unicorn, creating the first account books and forecasting process an ascendant org has seen. All of that is to say- I have a wide breadth of experience in this world, and can speak to a lot of it. I have hired and been hired in a lot of these gigs, and can help folks understand what it takes to get, keep, and thrive in these jobs.

Why do I coach?

I have always had a passion for coaching. I coached youth and high school basketball as a teen and into my 20s and I really miss it. I also work in a job function that people usually don't even know about until they start their careers. Nobody dreams of being in Revenue Operations, and there's no specific degree or training for it. But it's great work! The combination of the qualitative and quantitative is unmatched. Supporting sales provides a feeling of being on a team with a scoreboard, which I love. And above all, I believe that any smart person with a motor can become excellent at this job. I'd love to help motivated young people who haven't found their path, and I think RevOps can be a great option for those folks.
