About Michele

As a PsyD and executive coach, I combine rigorous training with life experience to help people see beyond the surface. I can quickly identify challenges, listen for what is unsaid, and I love guiding people toward the breakthroughs that light them up. i started coaching while I was putting myself through school to obtain my Master's and PsyD in Clinical Psychology. Found that i loved coaching and stuck with it. I have always been fascinated by human behavior and I am a positive and forward looking, problem-solving kind of person. So coaching was a great fit. I'm especially passionate about creating psychological safety in the workplace and empowering women to reclaim their voice, value, and leadership identity. My work emphasizes that true power doesn’t come from perfection, it comes from authenticity and self-trust. I'm a certified human rights consultant through USIDHR, and advocate for equity and dignity not just as ideals, but as lived, measurable practices in leadership and culture. I believe that effective leadership is rooted in empathy, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to placing team well-being at the forefront.
