I will review your resume and LinkedIn (as well as cover letter, if submitted) and provide feedback on how to “bankify” each to make sure your application stands out in the IB recruiting process. The resume is summarization of who you are and what you are capable of, but it is also marketing document, and we will make sure it accurately captures your personal and professional strengths and achievements and aligns them to key skills areas in investment banking. I've reviewed hundreds of resumes during my time during the formal JPM IB analyst resume reviewer program for full-time analysts, and separately for ad-hoc analyst and associate hires in JPM M&A, and will leverage these experiences to help your craft the perfect resume for IB recruiting at the analyst and associate levels. This will be a mixed format session, consisting of 60 minutes of asynchronous review and 30 minute of live discussion: - Part 1: Asynchonous review of your resume and LinkedIn page (and optionally, cover letter) prior to the live session (Note: Must be sent a minimum of 24 business hours in advance) - Part 2: Live feedback on resume, discussion of your key differentiating traits, and exploring how to ace your bullets to make your resume pop - Part 3: Asynchronus 2nd review of your resume subsequent to the live session. (Note: You must send a revised resume following part 2 in order to proceed to part 3)
