Michael’s Medical School Qualifications
Michael has helped clients get into these schools:
Welcome to my profile! I am currently pursuing an MD-PhD at Weill Cornell Medical College, where I am deeply immersed in cutting-edge medical research. During my time at The Rockefeller University, I have helped run the summer research program in bioinformatics, guiding high school students to present independent research posters. My hands-on experience and dedication to mentoring make me well-equipped to help you navigate the complexities of medical school admissions. I was fortunate enough to receive 15 interviews to 30 of the programs I applied to, giving me a ton of experience in tailoring essays and interview preparation. Let's work together to craft a standout application that showcases your unique strengths and aspirations. Reach out to start your journey towards medical school success!

About Michael
I am a third year MD-PhD student at the Tri-Institutional Program between Weill Cornell, Memorial Sloan-Kettering and Rockefeller University looking to share my experience with the medical school admissions process to help qualified applicants maximize their test scores and application success. I come from a small town in New Jersey, where I also went to college at Monmouth University graduating in 2019. I moved to the city to figure out if I really wanted to devote myself to medicine and science where I met amazing people who taught me application and test taking strategies that I believe can help anyone.
Why do I coach?
One concept you'll hear on the MCAT is Lev Vygotsky's Zone of Proximal Development, which describes the levels of learning between what you can do alone, with a more knowledgeable other and what you can’t do just yet. Knowledgeable others are the limiting resource, and to fully reach our potential we have to not only seek them out but fill that role for others to achieve their dreams as well. This concept is the cornerstone of how I live my life and been massively helpful in elevating my personal circumstances to be as fortunate as they are today and hopefully tomorrow.
