I'm a marketing and operations leader with over 20 years of experience helping B2B companies - from mid-market startups to global enterprises - navigate complex challenges, build high-performing teams, and deliver measurable results. My background spans marketing ops, demand generation, revenue operations, executive leadership, and consulting, and I’ve also led large-scale transformation and change management initiatives. Throughout my career, I’ve gravitated toward the people side of leadership - developing team members, mentoring high-potential professionals, and guiding others through pivotal career transitions. I now bring that same focus and real-world insight to my coaching work, helping early- to mid-career professionals grow into confident, effective leaders. I also host "Ops Cast," a podcast focused on Marketing Operations, and stay closely involved in the MOPs and RevOps communities. Whether you're preparing for your first people leadership role or looking to scale your impact as a Director and beyond, I’m here to support your growth.
Why do I coach?
I've been fortunate to have great mentors and one excellent career coach who helped shape my journey, and I know firsthand how powerful that kind of support can be. But I also know how rare it is to find someone who understands both the technical work and the human side of leadership, especially in roles like Marketing Ops and Revenue Ops. As a leader, some of the most meaningful parts of my work have come from coaching and developing the people on my teams. I get real satisfaction from helping others tackle tough situations, build their confidence, and see the bigger picture of what they’re capable of. Coaching allows me to extend that impact beyond the four walls of my day job and share what I’ve learned with others who are ready to grow.
